Frank Betourne, the Founder of The Betourne Group, brings many years of experience in the National and Southern California multifamily marketplace. Frank has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, but his primarily focus has been dealing with the larger Institutional market and apartment syndication’s. Frank started his career as a Apartment Adviser for the Nationally recognized Investment Firm of Marcus & Millichap located in Newport Beach, California.
In addition, Frank works with Gordon Reese at Reese Capital Advisors specializing in Multi-Family Syndication sourcing new potential acquisitions and disposition’s for the San Diego and Arizona Markets.
Frank grew up in Northern California and attended both California State University Chico and The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Frank resides in both Corona Del Mar and Park City, UT.
Mike Tomczyk, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate Industry. He began his career in the Silicon Valley, where he sold residential properties and became one of the top producer’s at Century 21. Mr. Tomczyk furthered his career selling high end properties on the San Francisco Peninsula for a top Residential Properties Real Estate Company. Mike relocated to Southern California and moved into the Mortgage Banking Industry where he elevated himself to a managing partner position with First State Financial of Newport Beach. Mr. Tomczyk is involved in the Distress Institutional Assets market and has had continued success.
Mike has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of California Santa Barbara.
John Papaloukas, Licensed as a Realtor in 1989, John has many years of Investment Real Estate experience in both Residential and Commercial assets. In John’s career, he has done over $565 million in transactions to date.
John is deeply involved with his two son’s, Loukas and Alexander’s lives. John attended The University of Victoria where he obtained a degree in Economic’s. Furthermore, he went on and completed the Advance Business Program at MIT.
